SuperOps signs on as founding sponsor of IT Leader Exchange
SuperOps today announced its role as Founding Sponsor of IT Leader Exchange, a new international program of invitation-only events for senior IT leaders.
CLAYMONT, DE, UNITED STATES, September 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- SuperOps today announced its role as Founding Sponsor of IT Leader Exchange, a new international program of invitation-only events for senior IT leaders. The program will bring together more than 1500 IT leaders through a series of professionally facilitated events across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Each event will create a trusted environment where IT leaders can speak openly about the operational, organizational and technology challenges they face. The format will prioritize peer discussion and practical learning, with no product pitches, sales presentations or overt marketing.
“Strong communities are built when people have the freedom to share what is working, what is not and what they need next,” said Arvind Parthiban, CEO and Co-Founder of SuperOps. “IT Leader Exchange is creating space for exactly those conversations. We are supporting this initiative because we believe listening to IT leaders and helping them learn from one another will make the entire industry stronger.”
SuperOps' decision to support IT Leader Exchange reflects the company's broader belief that technology industries move forward when the people working within them can learn, exchange ideas and contribute to what gets built next. That belief has been central to Arvind's career. He started at Zoho as a pre-sales engineer for its ITSM products and spent 9 years there, moving into marketing before building and selling his own software company. At SuperOps, Arvind and his team have continued to invest in community programs, industry events, educational content and opportunities for technology professionals to contribute directly to the development of new ideas and products.
“SuperOps understood what we were trying to build from the beginning,” said Sophie Danby, Co-Founder of IT Leader Exchange. “ They recognized that the most useful thing they could do was make the events possible and then leave the content to us. That is a harder thing for a sponsor to agree to than it sounds, because most sponsors want their pitch in the program.”
As Founding Sponsor, SuperOps will be recognized for making the initial program possible. The company will not control event agendas, attendee discussions, research findings or published conclusions. SuperOps representatives participating in events will do so as members of the conversation, rather than as presenters or salespeople.
“It was essential that our Founding Sponsor understood that this could not become another vendor-led event series,” said William Goddard, Co-Founder of IT Leader Exchange. “SuperOps supported that principle. The focus will stay on the leaders in the room, the experiences they share and the knowledge the wider community can take from those conversations.”
IT Leader Exchange will work with established IT leadership communities and local partners to develop each event. Insights from the program will also inform independent surveys, interviews and reports exploring the priorities and concerns of IT leaders across different markets.
Research and content created through the program will be made broadly available without a paid subscription or membership. Participants will retain control over whether their comments or contributions are publicly attributed.
The first IT Leader Exchange events and participating community partners have been scheduled and are available on the IT Leader Exchange events page.
